(before - Flatout Flatbread, onions, tomatoes, light cheese, real bacon bits & a dollop of pizza sauce)
I have become obsessed with food. Eating it. Looking at it. Cooking it. Mmmm, food. I think Weight Watchers does that to you. In my pursuit of eating well but also trying to lose weight, I've been trying out a few low points dishes that are easy to make, but also filling. My latest creation is Flatbread Pizzas. The WW recipe builder claims this is 6 pts, but by my calculations it should only be 4 pts. I still don't understand why they say it's 6 pts, but whatevs. Enjoy!
(after - yumminess!)

Looks good! And wow 6 or 4 pts it's still pretty big looking! Nice!
Nom Nom is right! That looks yummmy.
Looks awesome! On what oven temp and for how long did you cook this?
I believe I cooked it on 350 for about 10 minutes. Just kept an eye on it. When the cheese melts and it starts looking crispy - I take it out! Yum.
