But It Was So Crisp & Tasty!

Would anyone happen to know how many WW points are in a bottle of wine? Pinot Grigio to be specific. Anyone? Yes, the entire bottle!

Shit.

Mmmm, pinot grigio is my favorite. I think it is 8. Not that I have ever had an entire bottle or anything. ;)

seven and a half points in a bottle of normal wine - think ww wine is the same.

It's an hour on the cross trainer, put it that way!! :)

It totally happens. I'm sure it was delicious. And yeah, I think it's 7 or 8. Not bad really. Some of those WW frozen meals are that much, and I guarantee the wine was wayyy better. :)

Love P.G.
I think it's about 800 calories for the bottle (hence the reason I like to skip dinner once I start on a bottle). It's called drunkorexia. ha ha. So bad.

Not sure how that calculates to points.

If it contains 8.5 glasses at 1pt a glass, I'd say 8.5pts. BUT was there any snacking on chips/nuts at the same time? :)

It's 10 points for an entire bottle. There are 6 4-oz glasses in one bottle of wine. I've done the math myself, and WW online has the same point values.

Whoops!

But glad you enjoyed it. On the bright side, at least you probably got a few antioxidants with it!

At least it was a bottle, not a box. LOL

750 mL = 25 oz (only can use oz on WW online). According to that, it's 10 points. Actually, a lot lower than I thought!
